Hobbies
Kiel Alarcon
When I'm not working on music or computing I enjoyed camping, hiking, and bicycling. My friends and I would go on an annual weekend backpacking trip on the Vermont Long Trail, completing a different 20-30 mile section each year. I've also completed the 'Ascutney Assault" which involes hiking every trail on Mt Ascutney in one day. In 2012 I participated in the Vermont Bike Challenge, part of the National Bike Challenge. Vermont placed first state in the Nation while I placed first in Vermont. I also placed in the top 100 in the Nation as a whole. I bike to my office in Hanover, NH from Windsor, VT five days a week. One of my goals in life is to bike across the continental United States.
